Soto Construction has performed excellent work at our home in Palo Alto. Over the last 10 years they took on multiple projects, some small, some large; they completed them all with professionalism, quality, and a smile. The most complex projects were the attachment of our 1940 era home to the old concrete foundation in order meet current Earthquake Standards, as well as the installation of a tankless water heater. This led to a great many water and drain pipes repositioned under the house. All of which was completed perfectly. The most specular project was replacement on a large patio deck and the overhanging trellis that supported large wisteria vines that had grown in and around the trellis structure. They built a temporary structure to hold the wisteria vines while they rebuilt the trellis! The “zenith event” was when you came over one night after a circuit breaker had failed, leaving much of the house in the dark. Twenty minutes later we had light!
